The Feminist Portfolio
Last year Sandra Moerch and I embarked on an incredible journey founding the art project: The Feminist Portfolio, in partnership with The Feminist Institute & The Female Quotient to document feminist leaders of our time in an artistic archive.
Throughout history, women and feminist leaders have not been fairly highlighted, resulting in kids in our schools mainly learning about historic male figures, leading to default bias-thinking i.e. "only men can be Presidents..." etc.
Our small contribution to counter this inadequate documentation and flawed culture is The Feminist Portfolio, and we are so thankful to announce that Hauser & Wirth one of the world's leading galleries will be exhibiting the Davos Collection we created during the World Economic Forum earlier this year, on September 26 next month!
We are beyond grateful for the incredible support we have already received in the Fine Arts industry and Gender Equality communities to grow our project to new heights - a special thanks to Kathleen Landy, ShelleyZalis & Talia Bender Small for your ongoing support and partnership!
